THIS WEEK FREAKING SUCKS!!! OK LAST WEEK KINDA SUCKED TOO!!! MY SCALE IS NOT MOVING! I'M TIRED, FRUSTRATED AND I WORK TOO DAMN MUCH! I MISS MY DAUGHTER AND MY HUSBAND AND ALL I WANT AT THE END OF MY 10 HOUR DAY IS A COLD BEER AND A TUB OF BEN AND JERRY'S!
Mmmm, beer floats!! Don't get discouraged, DO NOT eat the ice cream and beer. You can dream of it and want for it but do not give in. Do something that makes you feel better in the long run!! Go for a walk, a pedicure anything that takes you away from temptation. If you don't have anyone at home to worry about, go somewhere and help someone else - volunteer your time. If you don't want to get out of the house (understandibly with your long hours) read a book instead of watching tv.
I think it's so funny to see your "I'm not just talking anymore" right next to "bLAH BLAH BLAH!" You crack me up. Working full time is a huge adjustment to your life. I would bet money that you aren't eating enough at work.. SO.. make sure that you make you a priority. Eat every 3 hours. Keep working out... and if you decide to have a beer and/or ice cream.. give me a call.. I'll come stare at you while you indulge and vicariously live through your experience! ;o)
Girl I totally know how you feel. I've been going to aqua aerobics and I was doin good the first few weeks and now my weight is staying stagnant. My issue is... I know I need to eat right and follow a plan but I'm working soooo much that it's hard to prep meals and such and also feed Duane. I get so frustrated. I feel that I'm pretty active and I am pretty active at home too... something has got to give.
I hear ya and hang in there. I agree with Karilynn that you should eat better at work. I am in school full-time and I pre-make my snacks for the day the night before. I pack only healthy food and it really helps me to stay on track. I hope life gets more managable and that work won't stress you out too much.
